Barista & Customer Experience Associate

Coffee Cup Co is looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our growing team! As part of our front-line crew, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso drinks, brewing fresh coffee, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and teas according to company recipes and quality standards
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas
• Restock supplies and assist with daily inventory
• Contribute ideas to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in coffee, roasting, or hospitality is a plus
