About the role
We’re looking for a dependable and creative Marketing Coordinator to help grow our plumbing business and keep our brand top-of-mind in the community. This role focuses on managing our online presence, assisting with local advertising, and supporting customer communication to help drive leads and maintain customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Manage and update the company’s website, Google Business Profile, and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.).• Create and schedule posts highlighting services, promotions, team projects, and customer reviews.• Assist with digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to attract local homeowners and businesses.• Track marketing performance — calls, clicks, leads — and report results to management.• Help design flyers, door hangers, and direct mail pieces for local marketing efforts.• Coordinate customer email campaigns for seasonal specials and service reminders.• Take or organize before/after photos for marketing materials.• Support community events, sponsorships, or local partnerships that promote brand visibility.• Ensure consistent branding and tone across all platforms.
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media, Mailchimp, or similar).• Experience with Canva or other simple design platforms preferred.• Self-motivated with good organization and follow-through.• Comfortable working closely with office staff and field technicians to gather content.• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred (service industry experience a plus).• High school diploma required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred.
