• Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and other design software.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing ad buys across various platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Produce high-quality photography using DSLR cameras and editing in Lightroom as needed.
• Maintain and update marketing content on company websites and social media platforms.

**Requirements**
• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Experience with online ad buys and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Bonus: Experience with photography and editing using DSLR and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
